HI GUYS! Greg here.
been sick the past few days, but the miracle is that i din lose weight! since all of us falling sick i shall teach you my secret.

damn simple. SPAM PROTEIN! i didn force feed meat etc lah, but i kept up my consumption of toufu everyday!... my neh neh, deltoids etc were still pain from the previous trg before i fell sick so i think the muscle growth covered up for the muscle lost.


and i noticed one irritating thing. if you don't train for more than 4/5 days right, you shrink! It's not THATTT obvious when you wear a shirt or anything but you can tell when you look at yourself in the mirror. if you get sian about this, just go do i set of 40 pushups then go back to the mirror and look at yourself. you would have grown.. wow...


My last advice if you wna look big, is to DRINK BLOOD!... cos when there's a lot of blood in your muscles, they grow bigger.. chicken blood not so effective. human blood best.

haha.. ok serious serious... building on the post below right..
guys go look at yourselves in the mirror now. do you think you are bigger, stronger than the NJ guy who's gna be in the next lane to you in the near future? for those j1 guys competing there's just about enough time to seriously pump up a heck load. RONNIE COLEMAN starts his pre MR OLYMPIA competition regime 10-12 weeks before competition to get into serious shape. you guys can too.

but most importantly..(koped a bit from deb's blog), when you rowing and you feel like dying, remember that cos of you someone did not get to row. make sure you prove your worth, and not let the other person feel that he could have done better than you. PWN NJ! RAAFFFLEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS row.
