Hello guys, as we all know, the promos are over and everyone have been feeling stressed out for the past few weeks with the fast pace of life. Hence, it is necessary to take a break, and what can be better than doing some taichi in the mornings before training sessions to get rid of the bad Qi and absorb some goodness of nature?

As part of the club series (Fishing SIG, Titration Club), the Taichi Club has been set up in order to cater to those who require a balance of Yin and Yang in their lives. With canoeing training sessions taking a toll on your muscles, it's always good to have some slow and relaxing taichi moves to calm your tensed muscles down and keep your mind off bracing and rescuing.
Tai Chi training sessions start this coming Saturday at 6.45 before training, with Greg1 being our instructor. Hope to see you there!

1Instructor Greg Toh has represented his Primary School in Tai Chi competitions at a tender age of 7. The highlight of his illustrious career was in the year 2007, where he joined RJC Tai Chi Club as an Honorary Founder and Instructor. He is well versed in Yang-style Taichi and Swordplay.
