hey guys, sorry for the late upload. had some trouble getting in. um yeah, the duty shifts are by monthly. so yeah, everyone only needs to help once per month.

week1 : mike, victor, nathan
week2: shenghao, winnie, kenneth
week3: liangjie, marc see, aaron
week4: hong chen, brian, gregory

so yeah, the roles of the helpers are just to guide the j1s when they are in the water and help them correct their strokes while paddling. the training programme would be given by the exco i/c of training that day. so yeah, very simple de la. jiayou!
