hi im going to tell the story of todays outing to sentosa, that ALMOST the whole canoeing team went for.
so anw i woke up erly in the mornin at like...8am. n we were supposed to meet at 9...haha. so i choinged to the mrt n took the train and in the end i was early cuz THERE WAS NO 1 THERE!! so i thought haha maybe theyre late i shall slack arnd here 1st yea? so i waited at the MRT then later chinx came. so we were like where the fux is everyone? so we started calling ppl
so i called liangjie. n "as expected" he was coming!! oooooooo wow finally another person. shenghao toldm e he was sick in e mornin. so then i called willy n brian n all that but they dint pickup then i called keeguan n he dintp ickup so i guessed he was sleeping. so me n chinx went to KOPITIAM at vivo to eat while waiting for liangjie
so anw over there i ate BAN MIAN haha. then i ordered 2 eggs to eat somore :D so while waiting for them me n chinx started soing stupid maths hmwk, assignment 2 la. then later liangjie came in this funky USA t shirt with holes in it, n he was shivvering like shit haha.
then the genious scammers like us had to think of a scam since the rest DINT COME n pissed us off lol. so we decided to call ppl n SCAM THEM THAT THE REST R HERE!! muahaha smart ritte. so we were like: HEY HONGCHENG!! y u pon! u mus come!! everyones HERE!! hear the noise? then the other 2 make a dam lot of noise. haha but he wasnt scammed :(
BUT, marcus got scammed haha. so he came. then me chinx n liangjie put our heads down n marcus went in to kopitiam looking for a dam big crowd but he dint find it. so he wentout n called us n chinx said were in kopitiam. so he came bak in and after dam long he found us. the he was like FUX wheres the rest? then i said: they got pissed n went home. n he believed us haha. then late he found out they dintcome in e 1st place n realized he got scammed.
so we did hmwk n ate a lot of crap. then finally we said lets go LAN!! budden liangjie wanted to TAN realll bad. so we were like ok lets go sex pool, which is basically the pools at the top of vivo (where ppl do funny stuff at nite hehe)budden he wanted togo sentosa.
so ok, we hopped onto the bus! n we went...sentosa yaaay. then we camwhored like shit on e bus. so we got off at the sentosa stop, n got pissed that we had to pay 3 bucks to go in la. y cant we just jump over the fence?? but being the GOOD BOYS that we r, we payed n went in.
then we waited for the bus to the beach. for like, 20 mins. then the bus came so we got in n went to beach. wen we got off e bus there was this dam muddy pool. so we thot muddy was there but she wasnt. there were turtles instead. awww so cute
so we went onto the beach n started to tao chiobu. we we onned out super night vision goggles (refer to foto) n started looking. n we saw a dam lot of horny copules. but being the nice boibois we are we dint stare (ok, a bit la). then we saw this lifeguard chair n camwhored on it lol.
so finally it was TANNING TIME YAY . we took out our shirts. then we went into the sun. then liangjie n marcu the retards started doing pushups. so me and chinx did too haha. ppl started at us like we were retards. or MAYBE we were just too hot la. dunno
then the sand started getting in our eyes n it sucked. we we lay down n covered our face with our shirts n started tanning. i threw sand in chinx bellybutton n he was dam pissed lol. then liangjie kept on standing up to do pushups n all the sand form the body will fly onto us n it sucked like hell.
later we got up n went down the beach, cuz 1) it was dam hot at that spot 2) and more importantly, marcus wanted to c more chicks. that horny bastard -_-. so we walked down to this movenpick shelte where there were tanning chairs...ooooooooo. then there was this HOT CHICK there too n i was happy XD. but there werent enough chairs so oni 3 ppl culd go at once.
then the dumb movenpik guy came out n asked us to buy shit. so i asked him that must we buy stuff to use the chairs. then he said yes. then i was like how much is a can drink. he said 3.50. i nearly said F*** off. but i dint! in the en we bought oringina...for 4.50. the we continued tanning.
while we were tanning, we saw BEATRIX!! with....i cant say hu im so nice haha.
then later me n marcus decided to go swim in e sea!! so we happily ran down n plokned into the water n i told him that that girl was hot n he was like no.. then i was like yes....but then, suddenly these 2 fish jumped out of the water. so we started swimming to go check it out....
and then, i felt SOMETHING whacking my ass. i thot it was a fish. so i slapped it. then i realized it was in my pocket. hmmm...how did a fish get in my pocket? O FUX ITS MY FONE!! so i took it out n it was gg like shit. then i was like NOOOOOOOOOOO then the rest laffed n i felt sad :( boohoohoo. chinx tried to salvage it but too late...the salt water showed no mercy man. so i was dam sad, even the hot chick culdnt cheer me up la.
so we went to bathe. we bathed n changed. then we went bak. liangjie the horny man wanted to see girls at the beach. but clean minded ppl like marcu me n chinx said..nooooo, but in the end they also wanted. my toe is screwed so i dint wanna walk on the sand anymore. so i walked on the pavement.
then we took e bus back n camwhored with the bus uncle. then we went back to vivo. at vivo we tried to find me a pink cap n found a nice sampan hat instead. i think me n chinks shall buy that then we shall look like lao ah peks on a C boat. dam realistic la.
in the end we all zhaoed. i went to bedok n got a new fone. SO PLS SMS UR NUMBERS..MY NO> IS 94200302. lucky the simcard was salvageable so i got e same number.
haha noooooo y so few ppl come today. it was dam fun la. n now we got a shioking tan. i hope next time more ppl can come n we can have fun n be happy :D:D

today i went for water trng at 10am yay. so me n chinx got onto the C2 n hardcored for the whole day la. n we kept on capping at the bermuda triangle nooo. BUT we managed to SPRINT n i daresay it was quite fast haha.
so later we were informed that we were going to take part in NJCC C2. oooo. so we were like "lets aim for BRONZE n fux NJs ass!" then JIAO LIAN heard then he was like: Ni Men Yao Ying Ton Pai? Ni Men Ying Tong Pai Quan Shi Jie Hui Si, which means-u all want to win bronze medal? u all win bronze medal the whole world will die. so he says we cant make it.
BUT WE WILL!! ahha...hopefully. so me n chinx bet with him 2 bets.
1. IF we can corss the finish line without capsizing, we get free lunch. 2. IF we get bronzethe whole world dies.

anw im like dam relieved that they r comin bak wen i got the news during 02 i was overjoyed. but since this is a canoe blog i shal tok a bit abt canoeing.
ytd me n chinx went to macritchie to collect out NEW C CLASS PADDLES :) so we went dere n left 02 halfway haaha. so we waited there for jiaolian for DAM LONG then in the end he came..then he gave us the paddles from the shed. chinx took the 1.64m paddle. its supposed to b at the eye lvl. so there was 1.62m n 1.60m. since IM TALLER THAN VICTOR, i obviously chose the 1.62m one. haha victor :p nvm its ok to b short
it cost 488.25 per paddle la. wtf. so we went back n slung the paddles on our shoulders like gangster samurais. then we went to do pullups instead of dance n dede was there. so we joked arnd n she wanted to do pullups, n said she REALLY wanted to do. haha dede sure can 1 la just eat eggs n milk evryday n do weights lol.
so we passed victors paddle to dede n she was really kind to help us lub it home. thanks dede.
anw there was some misunderstanding between me n some ppl at sch n i was really sad that it happened. but i really dint do anything then in the end they found out e truth, im just glad its over. anw i rly hope to paddle tml n go slash the water with the samurai paddle! haha :D
hi guys, so we cant raise funds except during ORA. nooooooooooo
ok, lets say we do really well for ORA. then we can get $1000+. but the sad fact is that we cant even buy a boat with that. we might as well go n fold paper boats. oops thats lame haha
ORA ideas can be made later, but then we r going to need another way of getting more funding besides just relying on a one off event. maybe we can appeal to the ORA for funding? or can we just appeal to the sch again, but i dun think they will give la.
so how? another way is...to get our parents to give, which is like draining our own finances, n a lot of ppl may not b ok with it. but if ppl r willing, its going to solve a lot of problems. after all, theyre giving for our own good, so whats the harm?
hmmmmmm i rly dunno. are there any ingenious ideas that can help us suddenly get rich? maybe we can go sell out jerseys or sth not for charity or in the name of canoeing. then we can give the money to canoeing secretly hahahaha lol. any ideas?
Hi guys this post is abt a fund raising idea that we had a while back.
that day we were discussing, abt fund raising. as you all know, kaiyang addressed the problem of no funds as a vicious cycle. we do not get fundsa because we do not win and we do not win because we do not have enough funds.
so it is clear that we need funds. for what? for,
1. more trainings for everyone (can train on thursdays, wednesdays for everyone n not just senior team. maybe tuesday or fri? dunno) but we will need to pay jiaolian to come down if we are to receive training.
2. more n better boats, n more space. i am not sure but from what I see theo nly reason why we could use boats that day on sat trng is because the j2s dint train. ifn ot there will definitely be not enough boats. hence we need to get more boats n we will perhaps need another shed to store them if we ever get them. thats all goignto cost cash.
remember, sometimes we can man all we want on the land, but if we are n00bs when it comes to rowing no matter how many pullups we can do its goign to be no use. and practice makes perfect. so we really need more water practice.
hence how to raise funds n break out of this cycle? i am thinking that we can discuss as a j1 batch or maybe get a core team together, and plan a fund raising campaign. then we can approach the teachers like Mr. Go to approve it.
what can we do? we can bask, sell bubble tea, chocolates, etc. there are many ways to earn cash, its just if we ar willing to giev the time n effort to do so. n i believe we r all committed to canoeing as a CCA n as a team.
this is not oni for the guys. girls u can help too. so im going to ask at the next training, and i hope we can get something done, if not this may just stagnate.

i was nearly leate for trng but in the end i wasnt. so everyone was dere n we went to hit the water. budden, JIAOLIAN the smart guy added some new addition to the C2. it was foot braces for u to rest ur back foot against.
so it was me n chinx, victor n alan doing C2 n xinda n william doing a C1. ok lor. me n chinx took RJC 28 (mr go labelled the boats yay) down to the pontoon. then later i saw the red indian sticker on 1 of the boats n laffed like hell hurhurhur. then we got on the boat.
it was dam screwed. the foot braces were so far front we got no place for our legs. wth. so in the end we were screwing up..like hell n we dint noe y. then later we told jiaolian abt the stupid gay problem n he told us to move the plank back. so we did.
n it was better...but not gd enough, stil no space. but me n him went 1km+ again haha, in a C this time woohoo. but it was like...

so i got in e boat. it was like......shaky like mad. then amanda said ok im going to teach u to brace u whack the water in a U shape. n i tried n it was WRONG :( then i tried bracing n she was like "thats a bloody C brace" haha lol. so i trued K brace again n failed, so i said heck ill just do C brace n used korneks boat to push off. then i said im going 1k n jianrong said yea rite. n i NEARLY succededi n doing 1k except that just after i let go of keeguans boat i capped at e pontoon :( aww man
so i can forget the K haha maybe another time yea? so we put theboats bak n did the sets, n played TONGUETWISTERS n KINGKONGKANGKONG n i owned keeguan n nearly owned alan but died. then i left trng n went to church after chionging the 8 sets.
